Adobe InDesign Brochure/Teaser

I need a very professional brochure designed in Adobe InDesign. The content currently takes up 5 very dense pages. I need the designer to conceptualize how best to present this content to create a very professional looking piece of sales collateral. Feel free to create icons and use stock imagery (I can acquire images from [login to view URL] for you, so just use comps in your initial drafts). Ideally, I would like to limit the size of the finished product to 8 pages or less. But if your great design requires more pages, I can be flexible. The new brochure design should not feel cramped or dense. I know this is a tall order given the content. Upon hiring you, I will provide you with other collateral that has been designed for this company, so you can tailor your designs to fit in with their overall aesthetic.
