AspirePBX communications- Hybrid Hosted/ Hybrid Clouks

I need a new website. I need you to design and build my online store To sell services, we do sell some products but primarily phones they go with our communication services. The site will not look like an online store. We want to take the over all look of [login to view URL] and a couple other sites that are offering similar services (with35% less content. If you look at the document that I provided worked website 2018 it has an outline of basically what I want to do, this website will be very API rich and will have to integrate with our Carrier utilizing API's so if you are not an expert API's don't bother bidding. For example I want to have a ticketing system to handle support however we will do that much much later towards the end of the time line and that page will simply be a contact form that sends any mail.
