Branding for a Coffee product

We are a small group of entrpreneurs who have in mind a nice coffee project. Our aim is to create a brand which has te capacity to cover two different products and it's tiers. The first Product is simply coffee... freshly roasted and grind, our promise here is to reduce the time between the coffee packaging and its consumption, we want to always deliver a fresh coffee to our customers. The second product would be a new way of preparing coffee, the "Drip Coffee Bags"... This is complementary to the first product as this would be basically the same coffee, freshly roasted and ground but packed in small bags for a better/different coffee experience. In both cases we want to have at least two tiers, the premium and a regular one, but ideally three; not decided yet.
