Build a Complete Wordpress Job Board -- 2

I am in need of a wordpress developer to build me a complete job posting board web site. This is not to be confused with a basic job board people insert in their blog. This is to be much like SnagAJob and Monster but this is for a specific niche. I need this built from the bottom up. I will be charging real money and it needs to be reliable and up to date weekly. I have a Website plan that will need followed almost to a T. If you have suggestions they would be much appreciated. This will be a job posting board that within the next month needs to be done and ready to go. I have taken a swing at doing it myself and I have decided to hire someone who knows what they are doing to do the work for me. The website will include the following: Home Page - Consists of a map of the United States and has pinpoints where each job is. Job seekers allowed to zoom in and click these pins to browse jobs. Search Function Pricing pages Checkout Page Payment Portal Account Pages Profile Pages Purchase Subscription Pages Apply For Job Forms Register as a User / Employer forms If possible I need this website to allow employers to set a minimum requirements setting where if the job seeker doesn't meet the minimum requirements then the employer will not get notified of the application. But the application will still go to them but will be marked somehow to inform them that they did not meet the minimum requirements. And much more. I know absolutely nothing about building a website, so I would be leaving 99% of the project to the freelancer. I just tell you what I want, and you build it. I want to be the Number One name in the Niche I have chosen to build this website around. In the future there will be a Mobil app built around this as well. I will be looking for a permanent developer if all goes well. So keep that in mind when bidding. I want someone trustworthy and that will work with me and hear me out, and I will return the favor. I am a stay at home dad trying to provide for my family and this website will do that for me. I may not be the best at explaining what I need done but if building a WordPress website job board from the bottom up sounds easy enough to you then please bid.
