I need a website for my startup business. I would like a website based on wordpress with a theme that looks like:

Functionality that I need:
- It has to be responsive
- It has be multi lingual
- At the top they have a green bar for displaying their deals. Which always shows even when scrolling down. I'd like that integrated in a module.
- Header image (easy adjustable with module)
- 2 top menus and shoppingcart easily integrated with whmcs in module Menu must be able to contain images which can be adjusted easily.
- Services/industries/customers section to be adjusted easily
- The interactive map is a big must. New locations must be added and removed easily and the text on the map should also not be static. It should also be easy to adjust the map colors.
- And from there on out the footer should match their website. And logos and text should be easy to edit.
- Separate modules should be made to create pages like their product pages and others. It should be easy to create pricing tables, tables with server specs etc.
-The full theme should be easy to setup. Install with all modules in places and with or without content.
- Theme should be compatible with all major browsers, desktop and mobile.
- Theme should be secure and compatible with web standards.
- Theme should load fast,use the latest in web technology.
- Code of the theme should be well documented.
