Collage editing

Edit large .psd file which is 8 foot wide by 4 foot high. I have uploaded a picture of how it currently looks and I need to change the following: At present there is a seam where the paper joins that runs right down the middle of a person. Looking to zoom in on the bottom left image so that there is no cutting or seam down the middle of a person. The paper it prints on is 48” wide. Move the top center image up and zoom in a little. Replace image of building on far right. Add red and blue to the American Family logos featured on the center building. Fix spacing on LY in family (bottom right). Try to match the black and white tone to the black and white tones on the portrait images. Remove the layer which includes the head shots, we’re just printing the background.
