Convert Power Point to Document

Hello, attached please find sample pages from a PowerPoint document that is 20 pages long (the document was actually created in Apple Keynote but can easily be converted to Power Point if necessary). We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer that can take our content and convert it into a much better version of a readable document for people to read. Your final version can either be delivered back to us in powerpoint or another type of format (we are flexible in the format it gets delivered on but ultimately, we will be sending this out as a PDF). You will need to be resourceful, have the ability to create professional, high end graphics, use stock photos and any other elements that would help make this really look great. Not looking for anything extravagant, but our in-house person that created this is by no means a graphic designer, so we are looking for a real pro that can help us out. Please take a look at the sample pages provided in the attached and send us 2-3 samples of your work along with a fixed price quote and expected turn around time for delivery. Ideally, we are hoping delivery by Sunday, July 8th. Lastly, on the sample pages you are seeing, some images have been taken out with our company name on it. For the selected person to help us with this, we have a couple of graphics that will need to be in your document but as for anything else you are seeing here, they can either be kept or replaced by your creativity.
