Your cottage ideas is really greats, its look very modern, sweet and delicate. I really like it because its also my style of design. In my final design, you will receive 3d renderings, 2d floor plans, elevations, sections drawings for your new cottage design. You also have several revision before I do the final works (I will provide screenshot, low res pictures for revisions purpose). My bid here is 10 CAD/hour but I prefer to work on a fixed price project because most of times I sketch on paper and notebook so time-tracker is not a good option.
