I am working with a small company that needs to create case studies for new business purposes. I want to show them a draft example. The attached is a creative format I'd like to use (Weedman) and a draft copy deck . Business Challenge Our client (Canadian Bank) was not meeting growth objectives as processes for mergers, acquisitions and lending were the intellectual property of employees rather than the bank. Employees were typically experts in only one area of the business (i.e. M&A vs Lending), onboarding new employees was extremely difficult as there were no defined processes, and the business was inherently at risk as deals were completed differently every time. Results A workflow process was embedded in an application which was developed in collaboration with SlaterHill. The Canadian Bank now has documented the operational process, embedded key approval milestones, and users can be more easily trained when onboarding.
