Creative Design for our clients

We're a 15 year old agency based in the North West UK. We develop great websites and run campaigns for our clients across a broad range of sectors, but we're in need of a talented creative designer to really make their websites stand out. We're looking for a designer to work with us to create amazing visuals for clients as we win new projects. Our clients this year have ranged from small local businesses, through to brand-new startups targeting the national market. For a project with us you would: - Take a client brief from us, which you'll have the ability to clarify and ask questions about - Turn this into a few potential home page ideas for the client to review and give feedback - Design some of the website's other pages where there are key areas to agree - Amend the design based on client feedback until they're happy - Take the design phase of the project to the point where the client is happy to sign off and for us to start development - Provide us with original design files to work from - Photoshop, Illustrator or Sketch is all fine Location doesn't matter as long as you're generally reachable between office hours GMT. Compensation is negotiable, but ideally you'll be able to provide some fixed-price packages for the above service as this is very helpful when quoting for work. As a rough guide our clients typically have anywhere between £200 and £1000 to spend on the design phase. If this sounds like a good fit for you, we'd love to hear from you.
