Design and Code a Magento Template

I have an online Pet Store in Istanbul and I need a new design that created and coded with great UX and UI for Magento. Design must be compatible with Magento 1.9.2.0 Version. Design must be supported with Google Schema (Rich Snippets etc.) Design must be really SEO Friendly. This is very very very important. Design must have reduced browser request under 50. Design must specified image dimensions for all theme related images. Design must have Varnish Esi Blocks compability. You can choose your design related extensions and use them in our production site. (Production site has no extension right now, we are doing only data entry) We have a lot of Categories both for cat and dog pet products. So your design must have understandable and easily accessible category layouts. Our range of customers are extremely unexperienced internet and e-commerce visitors.
