Hello, Our client Own Big Sky needs some design work to update their site. We would like a quote for 2 phases on this project, Phase 1 would include two comps for the new homepage design and Phase 2 being one comp for data-driven interior page. Phase 1: Two comps for home page Phase 2: 1-2 comps for interior page(s) - May only ask for redesign of a few pages, will confirm specifics before this phase starts: WEBSITE DESIGN & SITE TEMPLATE DEVELOPMENT Site: [login to view URL] •Design Process: Designer to come up with Phase 1 which would include two comps for the new homepage design and Phase 2 being 1-2 comps for interior pages. •Initial Design Input: 1. In General, site is very dated and they are looking for a contemporary, clean site with big photos and a current look. Updated Logo and Colors (attachment included); and in general they looking for a more contemporary look and feel. Pull from existing site in terms of "features"/organization, general navigation/pages of site can remain the same. 2. Change Line up in Property Search to Homes, Land, Condominiums, Features (lets change that to Exclusive Listings) and Development Properties 3. Reference existing site for content/copy/imagery. Other input: Client would like a modern and clean feeling website. Contemporary style that grabs attention/presents the brand in a way that makes sense with today's designs. Give specific attention to search as well to come up with some ideas on how to make search as intuitive and user-friendly as possible. 6. Additional Information from Client a. Bigger photos throughout b. Add a SOLD properties page c. Search Function - search can/should be reworked to be clean, simple, intuitive. Needs to be available on all property listing and detail pages; TBD - available on all pages. d. I'm not getting “requests for more information” from my website like I used to, even though I seem to get plenty of hits. I’d like to figure out a way to keep leads. Maybe more “contact Sandy” buttons, and “request more information” or “sign up for email notifications” tabs? •Reference site: 1. All in all, the first page of our company website is nice and clean with all of the links over to the right. Maybe we should try something like that?
