Design me a logo

I am looking for a logo that describes three key things, creativity, sustainability and future. We are a education institute looking to do things out of the box and something that has not been done before. We need a logo that can be used on social media, conference materials, prints, etc and should have a long shelf life. We are thus looking for your ingenuity, creative flair and ability to think out of the box. Someone that would stick to contract and deliver in a few days. We are also looking for a design that will be the backbone to our identity. And someone who can pose their own ideas. About us: Fields Education Institute (FEI) aims to empower people to understand and manage the constantly evolving demands in the workplace, based on future studies, cognitive skills and innovation, using higher education online degree offerings, customised short courses, conferences and seminars. One of our conference: The International Conference on Responsible Management (ICRM) aims to explore creative, innovative and entrepreneurial ways to enhance responsible management in all business activities. Greater responsibility by business leaders and employees, as well as entrepreneurs, can have a positive impact on the sustainability and profitability of businesses and cause a rippling positive effect on communities and the environments where these businesses operate. This seems easier than it is and will take new level thinking, better utilization of technology, improved intercultural sensitivity and the development of new skills to truly make a difference. ICRM creates a platform where business leaders, entrepreneurs, academics and researchers can share ideas, collaborate to turn ideas into valuable innovation, and share practical ways to create responsible businesses led by responsible management.
