hello sir I read about the project you have and understand all the needs that you have right this moment. if you look at my profile I am a expert designer in muse and HTML PHP MySQL and also in Photoshop designing that is PSD designing and also in creating responsive layout and also in animation in the pages. I will need one and half day or less to design a page as per the freelancer need I put 10 days as total work to be done but it may vary based on the number of page that you have in your website. if you find the number of days to work on a single page is too much, I will assure you that at the end of the project you will be satisfied as taking time will help me to give more and more effort to a single page to design up to the mark as you wanted to.
