Design Word Documents same as shown in image.

I have some images which have some graphics content and text. I want the image to be designed in a Word Document. The Word document should look exactly same as showing in image. I have total 16 images which needs to be designed in Word. The total budget of 16 document designing would be 32$. Please bid accordingly. I would be requiring one document first to see if you qualify for the rest of the document designing. I have attached one image file, you need to design the same image in Word document with exact graphics and text shown in the image. Everything should be properly aligned as per A4 size of sheet. The payment will be incrementally done as shown in the table below: 1st document -> To qualify for next 5 documents (image attached). Next 5 documents -> 10$ Next 5 documents -> 10$ Next 5 documents -> 12$ ---------------------------------------------------- Total 16 document -> 32$
