Develop a brand Identity for a comparison website including logos

Hello and thank you for looking at my project. I need your help, but unfortunately money is very low. I'm trying to open a new business. It is a website that helps customers compare estate agents when they are selling or renting their home. There are already several websites doing this in the UK, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] are good examples. I think I can do it better, so I have registered the domain [login to view URL] however I don't have a logo and all the other bits that accompany a brand, namely - font type, colours, style, logo and app logo. Once we have these, the next step is to design the website, but that is a new project (and in many ways we can use [login to view URL] as the guide, although their are a few minor things I would change). I'm an experienced estate agent (since 2003) and know the property market. I now travel around the UK training estate agents, (I have done this for the last 3 years) and also work as a property consultant locally, so I am well placed to make a success of this business. I'm just not a designer or website developer (although I know basically what I'm looking for) I've attached a logo idea in a font I thought looked nice, its called Museo Sans Rounded 700. however I am sure you will have better ideas than me. I'm honestly not the best at this kind of thing.
