Dust removal on black and white scanned images

Hello, I am urgently looking for someone who can remove dust, scratches, hairs from around 100 black and white photos. You have time until 4 of September, in the morning (Italy / CEST / UTC+2) The images are in .PSD, 16bit, acquired using a Imacon scanner, around 5000px longest side. The file MUST remain as it is, saved in .psd already when finished, all the editing in new layer(s), with the original layer of the image untouched. No other kind of editing, I need only to clean the images from DUST, SCRATCHES and similar. No destructive editings, non contrast or tonal variations, do not recreate large parts of the image (you'll not need it), the photos must remain similar to the originals. The images are part of a documentary book, so it is important to keep them intact, we only need to remove the excess of dust and scratches and cosmetic defects due to analog and scanning process. VERY URGENT ! I will provide the first PSD that you will give me back as an example to assign the whole job. Better if team job. I will chose the Freelancer with a mix of good quality and honest price. Not bid if you can't provide the best quality. Not bid if you can't complete the whole job until the 4th of September.
