let's imagine you are interviewing a graphic designer for your company. He is in front of you, with a computer and photoshop and/or illustrator. what tasks would you ask him to perform to evaluate him / her in 15 minutes ? and why ? I need you to write me 2 exercices you would ask and what are you looking to evaluate with this excercice (does he have ideas ? does he communicate well ? does he knows where to look for ressources ? does he have skills ? ... I'll pay 8e for2 exercices. If you are selected and pass this 2 test excercices, i'll be willing to hire you for more expensive and complete test excercice to write .

I have great experience in photoshop and vector graphics. I wouldnt do it so that he must do it in f you, that kind of drafting is old and doesnt go whell. I have another proposition.. but more at job Relevant Skills and Experience Photoshop, krita, ilustrator, inkscape, corel, gimp.....in all of this you can do the jobs
