Full Time WordPress Developer & Designer

We're looking to hire a full time WordPress developer and designer whose main responsibilities will be setting up WordPress websites from premium themes and further customizing them through design. In addition to developing WordPress websites, a large part of your role will focus on designing banners, logos and other design assets. As it's easier and quicker to purchase graphics and icons through online marketplaces such as the Envato network, many of our design assets will come from such sources. As one of our main services to clients is website development (through premium themes), you should be able quickly design and develop high quality, premium websites while meeting all the functionality requirements through comprehensive knowledge of plugins and custom coded solutions. Researching and recommending the WordPress themes based on client needs will also be part of your tasks. The candidate should have extensive experience with WordPress, plugins, customizing WordPress themes, HTML, CSS, and design. As we will be working remotely, a fast and reliable internet connection is a must for Skype screenshare communication. As we are located in New York, you must be able to communicate clearly in English and have flexible working hours to be available for the screenshare communication. Compensation will be based on a competitive weekly salary for a 40 hour work week and a per project bonus based on performance.
