Full website design and responsive layout change. Wordpress

Hello again, this the 4th time I have required a designer. Why? it is not because I am a bad boss, it is because people promise something they cannot do and then try to get money out of me anyway. What do I need? I need a website designer, I AM NOT A DESIGNER. You will need to have your own ideas and change the entire site front end and back end. The site is [login to view URL] this is the demo site, register to see the back end. Every page will need updating, this means a very very modern design, complete colour and layout changes. Together with this I have another job, it is to design and create a landing page for each category on the home page. The page will have a graphic related to the category, a HOW too which I already created and buttons to a form which is already created. See post a task button. The form will have some prefilled fields in it and require the user to register before their task becomes live. Further to this the categories on the home page will need this: When hovering two buttons will appear, one Post a Task the other Browse tasks. If browse is selected it goes to the current link, if post is selected it goes to the pre flled form for that category you have created. I do not have Skype, this is the only way I will communicate. There are two requirements for design. Please see the attached mock ups for what these requirements are. This needs to be read carefully, I will not pay you if you do not do what is required I have been ripped off now in total over $150 by more than one person so for this reason there will be NO MILESTONES. You can work on your own server if you want extra security but rest assured I always pay and if there is a good job done I always give a bonus often very big bonus. I will pay half prior to uploading to my server. In your proposal, 1. I want you to give me a final price in AUD 2. I want to know how long it will take to complete. If it is not completed in this time frame you will be reviewed accordingly. 3. You will acknowledge the fact that milestones will not be paid until you have completed the work. 4.
