Get a Website Built

I would like to create a secure website that allows for the sales of Zombie Cat Apocalypse, a Graphic Novel which I created. The site must be secure and ecommerce ready. There will be two portals one that leads to wholesale dealer sales and one for the general public($11.95 per). The dealer sales link to the e-commerce must be password protected and will have different pricing. There must be a section where I can put in specials (like free poster or free shipping). In addition I will like the option for the retail buyer to choose to purchase a digital download copy($8.95). The digital copy must be put into downloadable reader form(DRM-Protected) and be readable on Cell phone (Apple and Android Platforms) + Ipads. The website must utilize the graphics from the Graphic Novel. The website creator can use the cover as long as they bring it to life and then make the order buttons for the dealers and general public very visible. My dream is to get people very excited to order, so a stagnant website will not do. I am looking for cutting edge cool and not cookie cutter! I imagine the check-out process will do auto shipping prices (Including international to 10 countries or all countries if something stock already exists) USA, China, Japan, Russia, Canada, Spain, Germany, Italy, England, Ireland, South Korea. I would like the option to increase this as I discover new markets. The check out process should allow for Credit Card use, or Paypal, I am flexible to learn of other ways to accept payment but no wire transfer, bitcoin, or checks. The retailers will be allowed to purchase in Minimum case Qty of 25 units. $5.95 ea. Delivered free in Continental US. If they order 5+ cases the price drops to $5.50 ea. (+They get 10 free posters) . Any higher qty they can contact me directly for large volume distribution. Once the order is placed , the shipping is determined and the order is payed I would like a packaging slip email to me to ship out their order. I do not want to keep anyone credit card information, however I would like a spreadsheet of all my buyers, separated by general public purchases & Retailers. I would like the retailers to show their Name, Store Name, Phone, email, address , what they purchased and when it was shipped. I also want a running count of how many have been sold and total revenue (Not visible to general Public or Retailers).
