AR Graphic Design

We signed up for Zappar/Zapworks a year or two ago and did a few very basic AR projects for clients of ours. Basically we just embedded a video in the AR experience so that a video played once someone scanned a postcard with their mobile device and added a few buttons and other things to the AR experience. We have a current client looking to implement an AR project in order to train their distribution partners on how to us a piece of equipment and how to do specifically accomplish preventative maintenance on the equipment. Their goal is to have people scan a printed label which would initiate the app and an image of their equipment would then appear and people could interact with certain pieces of the equipment. For example, they could open up the top piece and see inside where a filter needs to be removed and replaced. So, the AR experience would be a general interactive tutorial of the main components of the equipment (or at least the 6 or 7 most important components). They would also like to have a button show up on the side of the mobile screen that people can click on in order to bring them to a registration form on their website. That form already exists on their website so it would be a simple redirect to that page enabling the user to register the equipment once they have viewed the AR tutorial experience. What is the process for creating/designing this on your end and what is a general timeline? Is someone able to get back to me with a price range for the scope of work that is needed? We will work with the client on the printed label copy that is going to be applied to each SmartWasher unit. The label will become the vehicle for the AR coding for each machine that the AR is relevant to. Next step we would like to regroup now that we have an idea on the ask and see what you think of the ideas we have penned.
