Graphic Design - 32"x42" Kiosk Infographic, Solar Company

We're a small solar company that needs a physical display template to go along with our kiosk setups in our business projects we've completed. The graphic will be 32 inches wide by 42 inches tall. We had the attached designed locally and had some pretty bad communication with that designer, so we're seeking outside help. Ideally, this would be a vector or PDF that I could edit for future projects, and we would basically be getting a designed template where all of the stats, images, and pictures are easily replaced in Acrobat or a similar software.
The approach we'd like to go with for the heading is something to this effect: 'Did you know @COMPANYNAME is running on solar energy?'

Info about yearly output that can be modular
slots for changeable stats about: CO2 reduction from grid, % of power bill offset, comparison of CO2 offset to trees.
At the bottom there should be something drawing the reader's attention to the kiosk tablet below. There will be live monitoring of the solar array on that tablet, so something along the lines of "check out how the solar array is producing in real-time!" or something jazzier. Our logo should be at the bottom right-hand corner of this graphic.
There's (obviously) a lot more information you'd need to move forward. I just want to put all the stuff that might be more relevant to pricing forward first.
