Need an information portal (front end design and back end in Hebrew and English dual language – same article can be written on different language and shown only on selected language if exists). Front looks like [login to view URL] On a back end - any CMS written on PHP/ SQL database. CMS itself and all control buttons of CMS it must be in English. Front must be mobile friendly. On each page must be: 1. Navigation bar - links shall be editable. 2. Search bar - Posts must be searchable by categories, content, regular expressions, tags, key words. 3. main content. 4. News - left/ right scrollable . Picture + title + description 5. upper footer with links - editable. 6. lower footer - with links - editable. On a home page 7 sections 1. Navigation bar - links shall be editable. 2. Search bar - Posts must be searchable by categories, content, regular expressions, tags, key words. 3. grid with categories - each category represented by icon , and description below. 4. grid with suggested/selected categories. left/ right scrollable . titles only. 5. News - left/ right scrollable . Picture + title + description 6. upper footer with links - editable. 7. lower footer - with links - editable. Each category page have subcategory links related to this category - sorted by A-Z . Each subcategory page contains list of post/articles - can be sorted by A-Z/ time posted/ popularity.
