Looking for an Amazing Web designer/developer to help with customising Wordpress theme

Seeking a very creative and talented Web designer who really knows their way around Wordpress, to help redesign elements of a Wordpress theme we purchased. (i.e. create a photoshop mockup design which can then be implement on wordpress theme). To make things easier, I’ve included a very detailed brief that outlines the theme in question, number of pages required, the site map, and breakdown of each page etc. Of course we do not have to stick with this 100%, as we would ideally like to have the designer’s creative input (and experience) also. Having initiative would be a good thing! Please have a look at the attachments for a better and clearer understanding. The company is based in the construction/home renovation niche, and We already have the files for the Logo design, favicon, photos etc, but need a creative designer who can use their imagination and experience to think outside the box and give the website that high quality and professional touch. ** You must be really creative, and must really understand high level quality and a keen eye for detail. Unfortunately I’ve already had 2 bad experiences with previous designers who have let me down by just throwing some quick images/designs together with no real thought behind it, and no creative knowledge (and common sense) when it comes to visuals of a website. ** Communication is also very important! I need someone who knows exactly what they are doing and can follow instructions, but more importantly also take their own initiative! You must be reliable, good command of English and be able to communicate clearly. We have a strong brand identity that we have kept running through our design, and so we really want the designer to be creative and follow through with this throughout the website. You must also be able to understand the optimum size for photos so that the website is able to stream as quickly and smoothly as possible (without compromising on quality). Anyone that is able to write really good copy/text for the website (particularly re. SEO) would be a huge bonus (although bearing in mind there isn’t a great deal of text as its mainly images/graphics).
