Main page remaking

[login to view URL] I would like to change the first page with registration fields and add a language switcher. The first page should be like LinkedIn's first page. See attachment. 1) Header. The "sign in" form should be above all fields. To the left of "email" field should be a language switcher button. 2) Registration fields area. - Please remove all current text in Investigator-Online first page. - Instead of "be great at what you do" write "You will never be blind in blinded trials". - Registration fields: Username, Email, password. That's all. - Please remove a checkbox for policies. Instead of it, write "By clicking Join now..." - Below the "Join now" button should be Google recaptcha. - All fields are in center, background color for registration fields is gray, color for "Join now" button is yellow. - As a background please use this image ([login to view URL]). The photo is not free. Do you have an account there? 3) Footer. Without changes. Also please do these corrections: - change everywhere "Investigative Sites" to "Investigator Sites" and delete "an" in "Add an Investigator Site". - highlight the "Investigator Sites" button. Make a blue background for the button or something like that.
