Minimalist photo studio website and long term cooperation

First things first, if you do not even read the description you will not get hired for sure. If you not check the reference sites I provide you will not get hired for sure. If you are slow and can not do promised milestones in time you will not get hired again after first milestones completed. I look forward to a quality work and do not accept anything just pixel perfect website with exactly the look I want without any compromise. If you can not deliver the above, then please do not bid, because you will only waste your and my time. This is just the first site I need, there will be a lot more, so I am looking for someone for long term cooperation. I am looking for developing a complex, yet very simple site. With HTML5 or wordpress - but has to have absolutely custom admin panel. It should look like the combination of these sites for home page: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Something like this for studio images page: Then a really easy gallery type page which will display photos of actual studio. Basic contact page etc. IMPORTANT! A reservation page where people can pay with paypal/credit card etc and will work in similar way as hotel reservation works. Probably I will have more then one studio, so it really needs to be reservation process as in hotels which have different quality rooms. This will be quite complicated, but we can do this later on. No need for this page from the start of the site. AND, the most important page will be one where people can upload their images done in the photo studio. Probably there will be also rewards for doing this etc. I can tell your right now it will be complex. I can think for a long time and come up with good concept+design and tell you what exactly it should like and how it should work, but I do not want. I do not have time for this. I am looking for an experienced web developer who can give this to me on a plate. This page will really be UGC site. If you do not know what UGC is then please stop reading the description and find another freelancer project. This is one of the reasons I need reliable and long term cooperation with really god developer, because we will push further the UGC not only on this one page, but probably on other ones. Also site needs a good looking blog, probably something similar as [login to view URL] again for marketing purposes mainly. I need someone who will post as many design ideas as necessary until the site does not look exactly like I imagine. After previous bad experience with even highly ranked developers from freelancer I prefer to first see a lot of references. Then for very little cost see a design idea, because do not want to waste money on designer without vision and only then start to do the real development in small milestones, so if the cooperation does not work, then I simply stop and quit. I want this to be very marketing oriented site. So, please if you are not that good at inbound marketing do not attempt to make the site, because we probably will have problem with each other. Also it needs to be perfectly aligned with social media. MARKETING IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR THIS SITE. Again, the size needs to be pixel perfect, so if I check it on different resolution display and things will be off, then do not bid. If something will not flow on the site - the animation, the JS - then please do not bid. If you tell me something is impossible what others have done on their sites, then please do not bid. If you are still interested and can do all the things, then as I already told I am looking for long term cooperation and with budget around 10.000€ for another websites I need to build and this one to extend in the future.
