Need to display a small calculation in website with good design

I wanted to show a very small set of calculations in my website with a great design.
The calculation is to showcase my clients that the services they are purchasing from my website is free if they are availing Loyalty and Referral programs we have.
There should be a text box where users will be able to enter Number of Friends. A Number field with default value as 7, min will be 2 and max will be 9999. If user enter more than 14, an info message should display that "Please check our Reseller Program." Link to the Reseller program will be:[login to view URL]
Attach document will help in understanding the calculation and idea upon how I am looking that to be displayed in my page.
I am looking for a professional but in bold look, so that customers shouldnèt ignore it.
Send me the outlook of how you will be presenting the info before doing calculations to win the project award and bonus milestone.
