Need of Logo, symbol and web design

We need a creative person to design a high level luxury and top business Logo, Symbol and Web pages. (We have useful ideas already = not from scratch).
For the web design we suggest Squarespace using the Moksha Wellness as the template. (We have useful ideas already and we will provide the texts = not from scratch).
Step 1 for the web design: Light version for the group.
Step 2: Subpages for the different businesses inside the group.
We have put a small amount for the budget, but it is only because it is required by the platform.
We are ready to evaluate different prices. We are looking for good quality/price job!
Probably we will need one creative person for the Logo and Symbol part and one to build the site, but if somebody is good at doing both, we are ready to listen.
