Need ongoing Youtube thumbnails for gaming channel

Hi, I'm in need of an illustrator/graphics artist who can create ongoing thumbnails for my youtube channel. MUST have working knowledge of video games and other gaming channels (e.g. Game Grumps, Markiplier, Jacksepticeye, etc.) -- need to see sample(s) of prior work. Portfolio samples are fine as long as you can easily replicate the style. My overall goal is to hire out thumbnails so I can focus on the channel. Projects would be weekly and I'd need 48 hour turnaround. Artist will need to sign an NDA for confidentiality, and I'll send over more detailed specs to the chosen talent with the major elements that need to be included with every thumbnail, branding info, etc. Example project request might look like: "This week I need Super Mario Maker numbered 1-7 and a one-off for Kirby's Avalanche." If it helps for bidding, you can use the Game Grumps thumbnails as a reference point for level of detail, etc.
