I need some Graphic Design

This is my blog. [login to view URL] I'd like the blog redesigned with a great Logo banner at the top incorporating graphic design using the words "Rational Razor". I'd like a thumbnail logo RR with the second R inverted. I'd like the curent headings and fonts changed: I don't think the whole thing works . My blog is a rationalist blog, and I contribute articles for online newspapers in Australia, including ABC, and Fairfax. I need my blog to look professional and compelling, similar to other publications such as the New Yorker, Brisbane Times, And Vanity Fair. The logo Rational Razor is intended to bring to mind Occams Razor and Hitchen's Razor which are rules of thumb emphasized by the "razor". So I'd like to emphasize the razor with a glinting image and or using the "z" in razor. I'd like a logo similar to this freethought site (similar to mine) [login to view URL] I'd like the posts to use the same indented red quotations as his. I'd like the headings and fonts to look like the New Yorker online. [login to view URL] I'd like less pages (Home/About this Blog, Media, Essays, Reading) so they only occupy one line and can be incorporated with the logo, like an online news service. I'd like the headings and writing to really stand out as they do in the New Yorker: using Black colour and large fonts: Adobe Caslon 15 for the main text, Irving Heading 19 for headings. I think the background color should be similar to the New Yorker. I'd like photos from blog posts to feature on the home page. Recent articles should be listed (with a photo) like they do on New Yorker following the headline LATEST. Below that, I'd like the bottom area (currently on grey background) to show my essays (currently in the philosophy page). I'd like my twitter feed to appear on the right hand side. I'd like to emphasize my link to facebook. I want my posts to go automoatically to facebook, and for the website to look unobtrusive on facebook. id. if I submit a post with just a photo in it, I want the blog link but I dont want it to be big as seen on facebook. I'd like to redo the photo I use on the RHS "Beliefs should be merited according to sufficient evidence" and have the text shown at the bottom of the photo. I'd like to show an important public building. Unfortunately I've lost the SEO key word optimisation that I had. Could I have some type of SEO incorporated.
