I have always had an eye for design in all structures. When I walk into a building, I can imagine what it could look like if it were remodeled or changed into a different use. When I saw this project, I got excited because I love a challenge! I am 3 credits away from completing my bachelors program in Architecture, and have a lot of hours earned in my Architecture internship as well. I would be able to provide you with sketches, floor plans, and AutoCad work. I have to make you aware that I am not a licensed architect that would be able to sign off on the design. You would have to use this design as a guide for a licensed architect to copy/ alter to his/her liking, and then sign off on. For a licensed architect to design this, it would be at least $10,000. For them to just retouch and sign it is much less expensive. This is the more cost effective way to do it.
