PSD to Responsive HTML Landing Page Programing

We are a company that manufacture and distribute electrical parts for powersports vehicles since 1993. From 2005 to today, we have been selling on online marketplaces and most of our business is done on these marketplaces. You can visit our website here : https://www.rmstator.com. We are looking for a partner that will convert an existing PSD design into a HTML5 responsive design landing page. Here are the specifics of the project : - We will provide both the desktop version and the mobile version of the PSD template - We will need a French declination of the landing page (Same layout, different content). The French content will be provided as a PSD template one day following the project start. - There will be some basic functions required like a language/country switching dropdown (pointing to differents URLs) and a FAQ accordion. Those function need to work in the deliverable. - The landing page will be hosted as a standalone page with LAMP installation and will not be integrated into our current website. - Our current website uses Foundation Framework 5 - Preferably, the landing page will use the same Foundation Framework 5 as our website, but we are open to other framework usage upon our approval. - The content will not be integrated in a CMS. We will adapt the content directly in the code. Since it is our first programing project on Freelancer.com, we want to try freelancer work to find professionals that can support us throughout the year. Included are the desktop and mobile mockups of the landing page.
