recreate spell card front and bank

There is this game called wizard101, and its based on using "spell" cards in battle. I wish to make real life cards of the game's cards just like yu-gi-oh booster card packs since this game doesnt make/sell something like that... they made some commercials a couple years ago, and they showcased a cool front and back design for the cards, but there is no way to get a good quality of them for me to print. therefore, i am looking for an artist/graphics person to recreate me the card backs, by either drawing them or whatever needed, as long as it ends up matching the design in the video! here are the videos im referring to: [login to view URL] pause around 0:12-0:14 mark in the video, where the first mark shows the "back" of the card and the 0:14 shows a fire dragon spell card front. the backs are more important here because they are consistent accross all the spell cards. the front cards is also something i wish to make, but the problem is there are only about 3 cards revealed amongst 100's of spell cards in game that i may take this project further and ask to redraw some cards in the style of the commercial. for example: the card shown at the 0:14 mark is fire dragon. in the game it looks like this, while in the commercial it looks amazing like this (attached)
