We would like someone to make for us a standard YouTube-like site. The difference will be that the subscribers can choose to upload either a video or a picture. When they do that, they will have a title for the video/pic and also 4 fields to fill in (not obligatory) as extra details- for example: name of the person on the video/pic, location etc. The required info to fill in will be written in the field to indicate what the subscriber needs to write in it, if one chooses to do so. The else is standard- one will have the option when loads the page to choose whether to see a list with recently loaded content, most popular, trending, most commented. Also there should be a Search field on each screen. One should be able to comment each video/pic if that is what one wants. The whole content will be accessible without a login. Login will be required when one wants to upload a content or place a comment.
