Simple Wordpress page formatting task - PLEASE READ DETAILS

This is a Converter and Calculator page which must work in Wordpress editing mode. MUST fully understand bandwidth conversion and calculations otherwise you will not be able to do this job. MUST fully understand how Wordpress and Divi theme works so that you can give a solution that we can easily edit in Wordpress editor. MUST speak, write and communicate in English perfectly!!! This is a bandwidth converter/calculator page that my client wants on their web site. This should be VERY simple to anyone who is a good designer. The person that built the page barely understands or communicates in English and never understands even the smallest things I am asking for such as spacing and formatting. this has lead to wasting one WEEK of time when this could have been done in a few hours. Need someone that can re-create this page and format it so that anyone can edit, modify it in Wordpress editor without needing a degree in HTML.
