I have created a form using Form Maker Pro on my website but the form no longer works. The developer says the issue is my theme. The form cannot work within a pop-up, since it requires Javascript to function, which is not supported in your theme pop-up. Please publish the form in a standard page or page which has normal Javascript support.
I am looking for someone who can do this for me and make the page match the rest of the site, or create a new form that will work with my current theme.
