Website needs building from image -- 3

Ive got a website that i would say is 50% and i don't have the time to Finnish, You will need to Finnish the site to make it look like the image i send you, for the homepage then Finnish/create the other pages. you will also be in charge of the mobile ready and responsive side of things. The website can be found at pav.preciouswebsitedesigns.co.uk. You will be given an hour to prove you can do this task then a day to finnish the site. You will have a £10 milestone created then the rest would be created on completion. The pages are like i need the homepage to look and work like the mockup responvice etc. I also need this the homepage needs to look like the image added in my description. The rest of the site will be down to you to design and create. Menu & Pages will be done as such:- About us, will be an about us page Phones/ Spare parts/ Accessories/ Vape will all be product catagorys Contact us will be a contact us page Sell your device will be a contact form with some information Repairs will be a contact form with some information Unlocking will be a category page similar to [login to view URL] Start your quotes with PWD so i know you read the description :D and tell me how you would fix the SELECT PRICE box on the image to make it look the way it should and work or example send me the CSS so i can see what you can do.
