Wordpress Free Plugin Modification ("Genie WP Matrimony")

wordpress plugin "Genie WP Matrimony" ,compatible upto wordpress 4.3.5 has stopped showing search result. my wordpress version is 4.3.5 (not latest 4.5.3) (1) fix plugin as per latest 4.5.3 version..(skip it if its has high development cost) (2) search result should be aligned on screen. and there should be search box on homepage to view profiles by "profile ID" (3) in search if I choose "female" thn only female profiles should be open and same for "male" profile option (4) there should be complete search on all variables including custom fileds (5) date of birth field should be aligned (6) profile ID should be changed according to this pattern . for male (M1,M2,M3,M4 ....as so on) and for female (F1,.F2,F3,F4....as so on) (7) User's matrimonial login account page is very bore..convert text options into buttons. (8) create 2 user type (uploader1) in which uploader1 can upload profiles only..not modify or edit them..and uploader 2 can modify/delete profiles and only uploader 2 can change user role "subscriber" to "matrimonial user" role.. stop both users to access other important wordpress information (left hand side) only admin can see that information. If you have any ready to use low cost but complete working php script for matrimonial pls show me demo. I have option to adopt "soulmate php script" is $28 below is the soulmate script. i like it but i wud like to go with this free plugin-Genie WP Matrimony [login to view URL] IMPORTENT: IF YOU CANT MAKE IT WITHIN MY REPORTED BUDGET , DONT BID PLEASE..
