Need a Basic iPhone/Blackbery app

I am looking for low cost application for android, iphone and other mobile systems (blackberry) I would like to have my website/API turned into a mobile app then have ability to duplicate easily by our team. Content will need to come directly and automatically from our main websites. The app must be very user friendly and automatically detect the type of mobile device/network and dynamically optimizes the mobile content to enhance the mobile experience.
