Need Developer With Experience With Canadian "Real Estate Webmaster" CRM -- 2

Looking for a developer with experience with Canadian company, Real Estate Webmasters, and their proprietary software. I am thinking of hiring this company to build a real estate website for us but they use their own proprietary Wordpress system and CRM.
They have given me a sample CRM to log in to but it doesn't look like I can do much with it other than add content, images etc.
If I go with this company, I will be looking for someone to help with adding new pages and content and helping make this as unique a site as possible, but more importantly, I am wondering if it is possible to change the look or layout of a site once it is selected, given the proprietary CRM.
My decision will be based on whether anyone can prove they have experience working on websites from this company before, (eg. references) and then if I go ahead and have a website built by Real Estate Webmasters, I will pay and work alongside with the Freelancer to hopefully end up with an even better website.
