Budgeting App for Google Sheets

Looking to build a comprehensive budgeting application that will run in google sheets as a licensable add-on for cloud-based budgeting. Will require javascript to add functionality and to create a system so the user would have to purchase a license to use full functionality so that it cant be easily shared online. Open to hearing if it will take just as much time to build stand alone app here is a work in progress design for the product [login to view URL] specs - create a licensable plugin/add-on for google sheets - build out formulas for google sheets to auto-populate certain fields when numbers inputed (need to build in a way that will only allow user to edit if they have license otherwise view only, if that is possible?) -to be aesthetically pleasing, please tell me if my design will not work in google sheet limitations - use macros or coding to make buttons insides the sheet to toggle certain sections or additional functionality or fields such as - adding lines - toggling between estimated and actual columns - adding markups - view more details - depending on what lines have a number to auto-populate certain fields based on machine learning or a database of known rates - the ability to load different templates (I am not sure if this one is possible with google sheets would love advice) - integrating quickbooks API to export to quickbooks online - custom PDF or print functions to output specific pages for clients (example just top sheet) - the ability to revert back to versions if someone else changes values in sheet
