Build Custom MKDocs Theme

I currently host a few sites on S3 using the MKDocs platform. I have played with various themes such as the material theme, which work well, but I am looking for a custom theme to be built that can be easily re-styled so that i can use it for my various sites, as well as a few custom components that I don't see generally available in any of the MKDocs themes that I have previously tried. For example, I want a customizable plugin that I can optionally set in a document, or in a Nav element that will enable Google Adsense Ads to be placed in. I am looking for support for both the codehilite and admonition plugins to work correctly. I am also looking for a nav structure to function like [login to view URL], but for multiple articles. I am thinking maybe there is a slide out menu that will iterate through all of the available content, and then when a user chooses an article I can divide the article nav easily to make it function like the ecsworkshop link I posted. Further details available as the project progresses. I am ok with creating a separate project for the the Adsense plugin, as that would be a custom plugin if preferred. Preferred communication through the project lifecycle would be via Slack (I have my own workspace that I will invite the individual that wins the bid).
