Build a webpage

UPDATE-- 1/27/2019 8:45 AM MST WE ARE MORE LIKELY TO HIRE SOMEONE THAT HAS READ THE REQUIREMENTS AND VIEWED THE DESIGN AND PROVIDED SOME FEEDBACK ON THE REQUIREMENTS RATHER THAN JUST STATING THE WEBSITES THEY'VE WORKED ON. IF YOU STATE HOW YOU WOULD BUILD THE WEBPAGE AND BE DESCRIPTIVE WE WILL CONTACT YOU! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Would like to have a webpage created from the attached image: - needs to be created with latest web technologies (bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, etc.) - Needs to be responsive, no horizontal scrollbars - We are open to suggestions The image has items labeled by letters and colored boxes to be addressed below: A. The logo needs to be sticky and scroll with the navigation. Needs to overlap the menu. (Will demonstrate upon award) B. The links in the navigation are to be sticky and would like to function similar to this page: [login to view URL] - There is no background color to the navigation. When you start scrolling, then a darker background appear after you get past the first section, but we want it to be semitransparent, similar to the semitransparent background found here: [login to view URL] One of the menu items to be labeled "Quick search" and a window will dropdown similar to the nav on this page: Attached is another image to show how dropdown should function: [login to view URL] hover over the menu icon next to the Intensity logo to see how the dropdpwn appears. C. Words to be HTML text, buttons as images D. This section to function like a slider or carousel. All the words shown in thisection would like to have as HTML text if possible. Each item in the yellow squares change in unison, so D1, D2, and 3 will be together, then fade into another set of images and text (to be provided). The background image stays the same. E. HTML text F. A slider to function like the one found here (under the header "We provide best services, New Age of Web) [login to view URL] The person on the playing card will change with the text. We have this code We understand that many developers have multiple projects.
