We are looking for an experienced developer or developers to finish building the first stage of a large, scalable, responsive web app. The web app is part sports results site, part social media site, part video site. The web app is at the moment part finished, maybe 50%?, and the previous developer has left the project. The current site is build in: - node.js - Angular.js - MongoDB - [login to view URL] It is currently hosted on Amazon Web Services, so expertise with AWS will be required - knowledge of Elastic Beanstalk would be beneficial. Stage one requires: - Responsive user interface design - semi-complete - User sign up - semi-complete - Administration dashboards - semi-complete - Event results - semi-complete - Scoring - not started - Mobile compatibility - semi-complete. Future stages include significant social media integration, mobile apps, and user data. We are looking for a developer who can work with us on stage one, with a view towards working together on the future stages of this project. Full specifications, requirements, wireframes and development path will be supplied to shortlisted candidates. Required experience - node.js: 3+ years - Web application builds - APIs: Facebook, Google Technical requirements - node.js - NoSQL / MongoDB - Angular.js - Amazon Web Services Development requirements - Github - all code stored on Github and pushed at least once per week - AWS - all development taking place on our EC2 instance - Slack - all project communication on our Slack site - Trello - all project management on our Trello board Proposals will only be considered from developers who can provide 2 examples of previous projects they have worked on using the above technologies. Any proposal sent not covering these will be deleted. As this project is part complete, we will shortlist applicants and provide them with access to the Specifications documentation and Trello board to confirm their quote before going ahead. We will be looking to build a long term relationship with the winning developer - we have long term goals for this app and a solid development path, so if you support us and provide us with reliable service and quality code, we'll support you with ongoing work.
