Google Adwords and SEO Expert

I urgently need a Google ADwords specialist and SEO Expert. We offer software development services in the USA and want to promote our services via adwords. I need someone who has some real ADwords management experience. Please bid only if you are confident of your abilities. Here is what you will do: 1. Analyze current campaigns and create new ones from scratch. 2. CTR should be at least 2%. Of course I dream of having a CTR of 5% but let's be realistic for now. 3. Bounce rate should be low. Right now the bounce rate is 90%. 4. Quality of landing pages is low. Create new landing pages that are of high quality and have clear call to action buttons. I will provide you designers and developers for this but you need to take the lead and provide them guidance and take responsibility. You cannot tell me that it was designer's fault or developer's fault. I am hiring you because I don't have time to manage them so you have to take the lead on this. 5. Experience with Adwords express (local business listings) will be a huge plus. 6. You must have excellent SEO experience and should be able to help me with that as well. For now the focus would be on adwords. I believe adwords and SEO go hand in hand. You cannot execute successful campaigns if you don't have SEO experience. 7. Use negative keywords effectively, research competitive keywords, research competitors. 8. You should be very disciplined and organized. Provide me daily work status and weekly, biweekly and monthly reports on the progress and outcome. 9. You should have excellent English 10. Finally, you should be passionate about your work. I don't need lethargic people. I need energetic and passionate people to work with me. I also need someone to handle phone calls and emails that we get after running campaigns but I can hire someone else for that but it would help if you have any experience in that because you can handle that person as well and guide him. I would like to do a 1 week trial first. If you do a good job, I will extend it to 1 month. I will analyze your work and if you are able to deliver results I will engage you on long term basis. Ideally I would like to work with freelancers only (NO Agencies!). If you can work during US EST timezone, that will be great. Considering it is a long term work, please give me a reasonable quote.
