Hello, I'm a student in Computer Science here in France, & i'm currently developing for myself a custom shaka player skin, and thus would be glad to work with you: -I have already got +/- 10seconds : both by buttons & double tap for mobiles. -Implementing the playback speed menu is not a problem, as i know how to handle it with Shaka. -Considering your Watermark text, i'm able to put some text on top of the video, but would be glad to have some detailed informations about it. A couple months ago, when I learned that YouTube began adding ads during their videos (as if having them at the beginning wasn't already enough), I created my own video player that simply web scraped YouTube videos. I built in the controls you mentioned to this player. Therefore, I'd be able to do this project for you quickly and at a low cost.
