Programming Language CRUD in ColdFusion

I am need of an expert ColdFusion programmer. I have a ton of ColdFusion related tasks that I need to outsource. I want a ColdFusion CFC created called [login to view URL] which would be used in a CRUD creation. I want some functions created called addProgrammingLanguage(), ditProgrammingLanguage(), deleteProgrammingLanguage(), and selectProgrammingLangages() within the CFC. The CRUD should allow me to manage, add, edit, and delete programming languages from my MySQL database. I will give the schema to the winning bidder. CFML must be used. CFScript cannot be used. You must used spaces instead of tabs. Code must be nested appropriately. I must be 100% satisfied with the work before I release the milestone. Also in your bid description, let me know about your experience with ColdFusion (years of experience, versions, etc). I would love to see a code sample (CFC) before I hire somebody for this job. There is currently one autoincrement field for the primary key. There are two text fields (name, version), one drop down field (enabled Yes/No), and one text area (description), and a few fields that need computed dynamically (date created, date modified, selection count).
