simple python website needed built -- 2

Phase 1 rough idea So there are 2 phases we need phase 1 done , is a site in python language so our current programmers can build off your work , I will need a admin backend to control mechanics and customers and manage orders. We are only doing phase 1, first so please make estimates off that its only 20 pages/screens with blog / merchant account everything is responsive there is no desktop version. I need a small user backend admin that can at least keep track of orders and have some field boxes that I can make notes on , and be able to search order by order number and state/ customer name. Payout is max 600US. I have 90% of all the design work done. First Phase I need a SEO friendly python website that I can change the content on the pages / edit file names and / page titles / and an easy way to install Facebook pixel code in all the pages of the website. The website needs to use stripe merchant account to charge customers , plus I need a page that I charge a custom amount to customers by simply typing in any amount and inputing customer number / email and customer name and the amount / card info and then customer gets emailed a receipt. We will have 10-20 different charge amounts for the other order page. So total 2 order pages 1 is custom amount and other is form they fill out on order page called Get Estimate in the designs attached. The site will be completely mobile responsive there is no desktop version. I will need to get notified through email and text when users fill order form out “ get estimate page and the customers need this as well. We use the program called [login to view URL] for texting updates. The site will only have about 6 pages , Home Page , Order Page, Contact Us Page , Blog , Warranty , How It Works. I will need this site contacted to our Facebook page and Facebook groups page, I will need google analytics installed on all pages. I need Youtube video on home page and I need to be able to switch out the video in the Admin backend. In the backend for the admin I need to be able to search for customers and mechanics and orders that have been paid and not paid. I need to be able to add mechanics to our system and new orders from backend. Each mechanic will have a profile and Customer, all orders will go under email address of the customer that the customer posts. Mechanics need to be able to sign up and customers need to be able to sign up. Each mechanic needs to be able to upload a profile picture and input basic info and upload 5 to 8 attachments. The design for backend admin I don’t care about it will be in balsamic wire frames. The mechanic sign up pages will be 1 page super simple I don’t care about what they looks like. Pages like , Warranty page , Contact Us , How It Works , will be 12 pt font time new roman for the text and will have the same theme as other pages I don’t have designs for these since they are so simple. Payment Terms Once site is 100% done we can release half the funds then you upload to our server then we release full amount. You need to build this on your server first. Payout max is 500-700 US.
