Hello, There are 3 ways your requirements can be achieved. #1 SharePoint/AngularJS/REST API : We have done many projects with this approach and we can create responsive forms with SPA functionality on top of SharePoint/Office 365. #2 SharePoint SPFx development : As this is in evolution stage, we can implement similar things bug time/quote efforts will be higher compare to first option.
